Damon "The Demon" Bell is a highly accomplished combat sports athlete with expertise across five disciplines and a career spanning over 30 bouts. Competing on some of the industry's most prominent platforms, Bell has established himself as a formidable presence in the martial arts community. In 2024, he was inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame, recognized as the first professional fighter from Kentucky to compete in every mainstream combat sport. Building on his passion for the sport, Bell founded Triumph Combat in 2022, a gym dedicated to training and mentoring the next generation of fighters. Outside of business, Bell has been with his wife for 17 years and both of their boys are competitive kickboxers. His oldest son already holds a youth kickboxing title with over 6 fights. Now, as the CEO of OniFights Promotions, he continues to shape the future of combat sports, providing opportunities for emerging talent to excel on a larger stage

Barton DeJarnatt is the co-founder, owning partner, and COO of OniFights Promotions. As a coach and co-founder of Triumph Combat, he is dedicated to training and coaching in kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, and MMA. Beyond martial arts, he is deeply involved in strength and conditioning, maintaining a strong commitment to overall fitness. A passionate competitor, Barton has tested himself across multiple fighting styles. With a sharp analytical mind and strategic approach, he has brought his expertise to the ringside, cornering hundreds of fights across various gyms. A father of two children who also train and compete in sports outside of fighting, Barton knows the balance of discipline and competition firsthand. 

Scott Doty is a passionate combat sports enthusiast and seasoned entrepreneur dedicated to the world of sports and fighting. As a co-founder of Triumph Combat, he blended his love for the sport with sharp business acumen to help build a thriving promotion. Now, as the CFO and co-founder of Oni Fights, Scott leverages his financial expertise and firsthand experience to drive the organization's growth and success in the combat sports industry. Above all, he is a proud father of three, balancing his professional achievements with his greatest role—being a dedicated dad.

Justin Laswell is one of six owners of OniFights Promotions, where he merges his passion for combat sports with his entrepreneurial expertise to help grow and elevate the fight community. As a dedicated member of Triumph Combat’s gym, he enjoys training in boxing and staying actively involved in the sport beyond business. Outside the fight world, he values spending time with his family, traveling, sipping bourbon, and exploring new restaurants. In addition to his role at OniFights, Justin serves as the CEO and Visionary of Laswell Electric Company and Laswell Security & Automation, leading large teams to deliver trusted electrical and security solutions across Kentuckiana.

Will Kramer is one of six owners of OniFights Promotions, where he merges his passion for combat sports with his entrepreneurial expertise to elevate and expand the fight community. As the owner of Dock Seafood, he applies a strong business mindset to ensure quality and excellence in every venture. In addition to his work in combat sports and hospitality, he is a commercial and residential realtor with JPAR Aspire, guiding clients through the complexities of the real estate market. Beyond business and the fight world, he values time with family, seeks new opportunities, and remains actively involved in the community.

Morton Scott is one of six owners of OniFights Promotions, bringing over 25 years of martial arts experience to the organization. As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, he possesses a deep appreciation for combat sports and the dedication required to compete at the highest level. His passion for martial arts and commitment to the fight community fuel his efforts in helping OniFights grow and deliver top-tier events. Morton takes pride in being part of a team dedicated to creating opportunities for fighters and elevating the sport.
